About
My favorite job was wrangling horses in Telluride, CO in my twenties. What I learned from that job has stayed with me through everything else I have done from managing teams, to parenting, to showing up for hard conversations.
Horses teach you when to approach, when to back off, and how with just the right pressure at just the right moment they come to you. Every relationship I've built since has worked the same way.
I know what it is to build something from nothing, grow a team, take care of customers, and earn business entirely by word of mouth. I approach every puzzle creatively and with determination. I don't quit on the hard ones.
My clients grow their contracts. My teams stay. That's not an accident.
What I Stand On

Out of balance, each of these values becomes something else entirely cheap, brittle, or dangerous. But together, in right relationship, they can build the world we need.

Sometimes you don't need someone in the weeds. You need a clear-eyed outside perspective from someone who's built things, navigated crises, and won fights that looked unwinnable. I work with founders, executives, and organizations to sharpen strategy, clarify narrative, and move with intention.

Play is how real teams get built. The best teams don't form in conference rooms. My facilitated workshops use play to take leadership teams out of their comfort zones and into a generative space, because real collaboration requires trust, and trust requires vulnerability.
After each session, I debrief directly with leadership identifying where trust is breaking down, naming the weak spots, and providing a clear, actionable picture of what needs to change to create the psychological safety that produces genuinely great work.

Where We Start
Before we build a campaign, advise on strategy, or step into a workshop, we do one thing first: we get aligned. Every engagement I take on begins with a Discovery and Alignment Session: a structured conversation that maps your brand, surfaces your values, and establishes a shared, concrete definition of what success looks like. Without that foundation, we're building on sand. With it, every decision we make together has a compass.
Step One
We surface what your organization actually stands for, not the mission statement, but the living values that drive decisions, attract the right people, and repel the wrong ones. This becomes the foundation everything else is built on.
Step Two
We get specific about what winning looks like in terms concrete enough to measure and clear enough that everyone in the room agrees. Ambiguity is the enemy of great work. We eliminate it early.
Step Three
We start. With the map in hand and a shared definition of success, we move. We refine the message, sharpen the offering, and improve the work as we go. Flexibility is built in. What matters is that we know where we are headed and we keep moving toward it.
